Description

The Rise and Shine Scholarship is for students who must have attended the Rise and Shine Learning Center for Young Children preschool in Portland. Students must apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. If you are not an Oregon resident, you must upload the first page of your SAR to be considered for this scholarship. Please contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
