Graduates of Josephine County high schools. Preference: Illinois Valley High School. GPA: 3.00+. Colleges: Four-year public and nonprofit only. Enrollment: Full-time enrollment required. FAFSA: Recommended - financial need may or may not be considered. Apply-compete annually, may be received for a maximum of 4 years.
