Description

The Rhonda J. B. O'Leary Memorial Scholarship (Seattle Chapter AFWA) is a one-year scholarship that will be awarded to an undergraduate or graduate student attending an accredited school within the State of Washington to earn a degree in Accounting. Applicants must have commitment to the goal of pursuing a degree in Accounting in preparation for a career as an accounting or finance professional, including evidence of continued commitment to this goal after receiving the award; have demonstrated aptitude in accounting and business as evidenced by prior coursework and/or work experience; and have clear evidence that goals and a plan for achieving those goals, both personal and professional, have been established.
