Description

A high school senior or already enrolled in an accredited College or Trade/Technical School. Currently pursuing their first A.A., A.S., B.A. or B.S. or Technical Certification. Have a sponsor who has served in the US Navy a minimum of 8 years within Naval Air Forces - squadrons, carriers, or air stations (Marine and Coast Guard aviators are not eligible.)
