Depending on the type of position you are applying for, there are four US Postal Exams available to take: Virtual Entry Assessment MC 474 or Mail Carrier VEA Exam (Postal Exam 474); Virtual Entry Assessment MH 475 or Mail Handler VEA Exam (Postal Exam 475); Virtual Entry Assessment MP 476, Mail Processor VEA Exam or Processing Clerk VEA Exam (Postal Exam 476); Virtual Entry Assessment CS 477 or Customer Service VEA Exam (Postal Exam 477).

These questions help determine if you’ll be a good fit for the specific Post Office position you are applying for. The Postal Worker exams involve testing of specific job skills as well as personal characteristics and aptitude relevant to the job. You will be tested on address checking, forms completion, coding, memory, personal characteristics and experience, clerical aptitude, verbal abilities, and typing.
