Students will also learn skills in research, writing, problem solving, and synthesizing and evaluating information, which are valued in a wide range of professions beyond psychology. "Capella was an awesome experience," says James Baker, who earned a PhD in Education. "I never worried about the credibility of my degree because I realized I was getting a world-class education that would rival anyone's."

"Nearly every one of my final projects through my master's and then on into the doctoral program has tied directly into what I was doing at work." -- Cliff Gilmore, MS, Organization and Management

"The curriculum dovetailed so nicely with what was happening at Wells Fargo. I kept noticing a synchronicity between the courses I was taking and the situations I was encountering in my work." -- Vicki O'Day, BS, 2005 Graduate, Program: Business
