Reap the benefits of a graduate degree

Looking for ways to beat the economic downturn? Earn your graduate degree online at the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW) through our UIW Online program, designed to make education affordable, accessible and attainable.

Reap the benefits of a quality education with classes completely online. With no required site visits to work around, you are in control while completing your graduate degree. We make studying convenient for you with asynchronous classes. No set times to be in class or online.

A graduate degree is well within your reach

UIW Online's accelerated 8-week terms enable you to complete two courses each term. It's a great way to finish 12 credit hours in the same timeframe as a traditional 16-week semester. This accelerated pace is perfect for the busy professional balancing education with work and family. Unlike traditional students concentrating on four or more courses during a semester, adult learners in our programs focus on one or two courses per term. Graduate students can finish a degree in less than a year.

We provide flexible, accessible options to quality accredited programs. The University of the Incarnate Word is regionally accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and the business programs are candidates for accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).

The curriculum offers students an integrated program of liberal arts and professional studies that includes a global perspective and emphasis on social justice and community service. Our faculty are scholarly practitioners and understand the relationship between academics and the global workplace. UIW Online offers advanced degree programs designed for the adult learner that are relevant to their current career or to help transition into a new career field. Our academic programs contain the academic rigor that will engage your mind and challenge you to reach new goals.
