Applicant must complete at least 12 hours with a grade average of ÔÇ£BÔÇØ or better. Applicant must submit three letters of reference from persons who can testify to character, aptitude, initiative, and need. Honorably discharged veterans or immediate family members of a veteran will be given preference.
