Description

ÔÇïThe Veterans of the Afghanistan and Iraq Conflicts Scholarship (VAIC) Program is designed to provide financial assistance to United States armed forces personnel who served in the Afghanistan or Iraq Conflicts, and their dependent biological sons or daughters, or spouses attending a Maryland postsecondary institution. The DD214 military orders or other official documentation must clearly indicate service in Afghanistan/Iraq or contiguous waters or air space and include the dates of service.
