Master's Degree Requirements
Baccalaureate degree in liberal arts and sciences major or 36 approved credits in liberal arts and sciences, one year of college level foreign language, overall GPA at or above 3.0, two letters of recommendation, one- or two- page personal statement. International students must have full command of academic English at the graduate level.

Courses required for New York State initial certificate in early childhood, childhood or adolescence education or its equivalent from another state; baccalaureate degree in a liberal arts and sciences major, or 36 credits in a liberal arts and sciences concentration, with minimum overall GPA of 3.0
