Les Roches is one of only three hospitality institutes in Switzerland accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), of the USA, through its Commissions on Institutions of Higher Education. Academic Programs

Les Roches offers a range of academic programs for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Among the graduate programs, 2 distinct categories are available: the postgraduate degree program for students who need to acquire the basic skills in hospitality operations management, and the M.B.A. degree program that aims to develop executive management competencies.

These programs begin in the summer (July/August) and winter (January/February).

Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality Administration

This 1.5 year degree offers an accelerated path for students seeking new careers in hospitality management. In 2 academic semesters, it covers hospitality operations for hotel and restaurant facilities, services and events, finance, marketing, and human resources. A 6-month internship allows the student to practice new skills in a professional environment as they transition into the hospitality industry.

This program is available at the campuses in Switzerland, Spain, and China. Students may continue their studies with the Postgraduate Higher Diploma, adding an extra semester composed of M.B.A. module courses in strategic management.

M.B.A. in Hospitality with Marketing or Finance

The 1-year M.B.A. program is a challenging contemporary management degree designed in collaboration with industry experts. Using case-studies and projects, the M.B.A. program encourages students to develop creative solutions and innovative concepts for the hospitality and service industries. As an M.B.A. degree program, it also develops the traditional strategic management skills including quantitative analysis, data-driven decision making, and critical thinking.

The program requires a dissertation and offers a specialization in finance or marketing, delivered through 3 specialized courses.
