Focus of faculty research: Production economics, economic development, agricultural finance, international trade, goat and small ruminant production, ruminant physiology, animal endocrinology and technology, horticultural therapy, service-learning, composting, invasive species, aquaculture and fisheries economics, arid lands agriculture and sustainability, urban agriculture, evaluation of potential oxidation/reducation modulation using both in-vitro and in-vivo models.
