Doctoral Degree Requirements	Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or closely related field with a GPA of 3.3/4.0 on all previous college work. Strong students that satisfy the admissions requirements for the Master of Science will also be considered

Focus of faculty research:	Musculoskeletal biomechanics, computational fluid dynamics, dynamic systems and controls, solid mechanics, systems biology, additive manufacturing, polymers, and energetic materials, combustion, heat transfer, applied thermodynamics, spacecraft systems, and control.
