Focus of faculty research:	Class I major histocompatibility complex molecules; proteins such as azurin with the immunoglobulin folds; T cell immunobiology relevant to disease pathogenesis, immunotherapeutics and vaccines for HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, AIDS-related tuberculosis, and malaria, plague and smallpox; intracellular bacterial pathogen Listeria monocytogenes; virus infection
