Pathogenesis of viral diseases such as HIV, Dengue, Zika, Hepatitis, EBV, CMV, HHV8, and Rift Valley Fever; the role of the microbiome in infectious disease; HIV/AIDS prevention, education & training; Mycobacterium tuberculosis; emerging infections such as COVID-19.
