The $3,000 UAlbany Scholarship is available to New York State first-year students who have demonstrated commendable academic performance, reflected by their academic achievement and performance. This scholarship is renewable for up to three consecutive academic years, contingent upon successful completion of the first year. This is a non-tuition award, meaning it is allocated to pay for fees, room and board expenses, books and other personal expenses. It cannot exceed the student's cost of attendance.
