Description

The A. Kenneth Scribner Sr. Endowed Scholarship is awarded based on academic achievement to full-time students who have completed their freshman year. Recipients must be graduates of a public high school in the Hampton Roads region and must be majoring in sciences, engineering, technology, or pre-health.
