The ABC30 Journalism Scholarship is open to students engaged in studies in the field of Journalism and/or Multi-Media within the Media, Communications, and Journalism Department at Fresno State. Preference given to students who demonstrate knowledge and/or interest in emerging cultures or communities in the Central Valley, such as Latin, Asian, African American, or LGBTQ+. This scholarship opportunity has a financial need requirement. To qualify for this scholarship opportunity, applicants must also submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Application and have a calculated financial need analysis done by Fresno State prior to the scholarship application deadline.
