The ABC Stores Jumpstart Scholarship Fund was established to further the education of ABC Stores' employees and their dependents. Awardees are chosen for their academic promise and commitment to higher education. HCF will give preference for recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year. The donor requires applicants to be an employee or dependent of an employee of ABC Stores, Company Island Gourmet Markets locations (Hawai'i, Nevada, Saipan and Guam), Basalt, Duke's Lane Market & Eatery, Lineage, or Island Country Markets. Preference will be shown to students who have performed community service and who have extra curricular activities.
