The ACI Foundation Concrete Practitioner Fellowship will be awarded to undergraduate students that have an interest in pursuing careers in construction or becoming a design professional. Both areas require attention to detail, project management skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to problem-solve. Successful practitioners also need to develop strong interpersonal skills and master technical knowledge. There is no internship requirement. The ACI Foundation is serving the industry by establishing and distributing awards to high potential students in concrete-related degree programs. Applicants must submit two endorsements. Endorsements are statements of evaluation of the applicant, in terms of potential for growth, character, leadership capacity and career interest.
