The Acker Warren Fresh Start Scholarship is open to students who participate in a youth mentorship program, such as Big Brothers Big Sisters or similar organizations. Applicants must be a freshman attending college this upcoming semester. They must be currently enrolled or will be enrolled in an accredited college or university for Fall 2025.
