Description

The Addie L. Bailey Endowed Scholarship will be awarded to one or more recipients. An eligible recipient must be a Durham County resident whose mother is receiving assistance from Durham County Department of Social Services. The scholarship will be awarded in two equal installments in the fall and spring semesters.
