The Airmen Memorial Foundation Scholarship Program will financially assist the undergraduate studies of eligible dependents of military personnel. Unmarried child/adopted or stepchild of active duty, retired or veteran member of USAF, ANG or AFRC may apply. No officer dependents. Students in their 12th-year high school or college undergraduate students enrolled or accepted to an accredited college or university may apply. There are no membership requirements on the part of the applicant or sponsor. Applicants must be dependent upon their parents or guardians for over one-half of their support. All applicants must include a letter of recommendation in their application. If the applicant is a high school graduate, the letter must be written by the school's principal or a high school counselor. If the applicant is currently a college student, the letter must be written by a college professor, or if the applicant is a first-year college student, the letter may be written by the applicant's high school principal.
