The Alan B. Holmes Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of Jackson County high schools. Prior recipients may apply-compete annually. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.

Eligibility Requirements
