Alaska Airlines will award one scholarship to a female student pursuing her A&P license with the goal of working for Alaska Air Group. Applicants must be interested in one of WAI's Maintenance Technician Development Programs or be already enrolled. Candidates will be evaluated on volunteer work in the community, teamwork, leadership skills, technical skills, and interest in working for Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines or Horizon Air. All applicants must be current WAI members with an expiration date of March 30, 2026 or later. Applicants must also submit two letters of recommendation. Letters should not be from family members.
