Evelyn Lathram and her husband established the Albert R. & Nellie D. Spikes Scholarship in memory of her grandparents, Albert R. & Nellie D. Spikes, both who are educators. Applicants must be residents of the city of Bowie. They must be a graduating high school senior in Willcox High School, San Simon High School, or Bowie High School.
