The Alfred H. Samborn/SSOE, Inc. Scholarship is open to junior-level students enrolled in the College of Engineering at UToledo. One recipient shall be a junior in civil engineering with the highest academic standing and the other shall be from another department and have the highest junior GPA in the College of Engineering.
