Description

The Alice A. Riggs Ell-Saline K-State Scholarship will be awarded to high school seniors graduating from Ell-Saline High School. Preference will be given to students with a 3.0-3.5 cumulative high school GPA. Applicants must submit one letter of reference from someone other than a relative.
