Description

The Alvin E. Heaps Memorial Scholarship is given annually to RWDSU members or members of an RWDSU family, and rewards good grades and a demonstrated understanding of the role of unions in workers' lives. Applicants must have their high school or college send a copy of their transcript directly to the Alvin E. Heaps Memorial Scholarship Committee.
