Description

Each District will conduct an Oratorical Contest for high school students in grades 9-12, including those homeschooled in your school districts. Speech must be student's original work on the general subject of the Constitution. Speech contests begin in December at local Legion post level and continue on to the national competition. The Oratorical Application, Communication Agreement and a sponsor check in the amount of $150 for each contestant must be sent to the respective Division Americanism Chairman.
