Description

The Anchor Watch Endowed Scholarship is open to students seeking a degree or certificate in the maritime field. Students are required to enroll in a minimum of six (6) hours. Preference is given to graduates of Port of Houston Partners in Maritime Education (PHPME) high school students. Students may visit the scholarship's website or contact the Financial Aid Office for more information.
