Anderson Scholarship for Neuroscience

Description

The Anderson Scholarship for Neuroscience aims to provide support for students who are interested in the field of neuroscience. Students must major within the College of Health and Human Sciences and demonstrate good academic standing. Preference will be given to students residing in the rural Appalachian region including the following counties: Franklin, Habersham, Rabun, Stephens, Towns counties in GA; Blount, Cocke, Monroe, Polk, Sevier counties in TN; Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Buncombe, Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Henderson, Jackson, Macon, Madison, Mitchell, Rutherford, Swain, Transylvania, Watauga, Yancey counties in NC. Scholarship applications for 2023-2024 are open and will close on February 1st, 2023 for undergraduate students and August 1st, 2023 for graduate students.
