The Andrew John (D.R.) Rowe Fund is open to graduating high school seniors, new or continuing JCCC Students who are enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours and have a JCCC GPA of 2.5 or higher. Students may visit the scholarship's website or contact the Financial Aid Office for more information.
