Andrew W Kuehn Memorial Scholarship

Description

The Andrew W Kuehn Memorial Scholarship will give first consideration for a John Deere Program Agriculture Technology Major, then secondary consideration for an Agribusiness Major if there are not students that meet the first consideration requirement. Applicants must be full-time traditional or non-traditional students. Priority will be given to applicants who have participated in 4-H or FFA (Future Farmers of America). Priority will also be given to applicants from a farming family in Vanderburgh County, Indiana, then to a contiguous county, then to Southwest Indiana. Scholarship is renewable upon request and application if the criteria is met. Students must file FAFSA each year by state deadline. The student's application process for admission to VU contains the information VU needs to determine if the student meets the criteria for VU Foundation scholarships. Students must complete the VU Admissions Application before January 15 for priority consideration for Foundation scholarships. If students apply after January 15, they may still be considered for scholarship awards.
