The Anna and Dwight Gunther Memorial Scholarship is for Harney County residents; or graduates (including GED recipients and home-schooled graduates) of Harney County high schools. This scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria is met. Applicants may contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
