The Anna and Dwight Gunther Memorial Scholarship will be given to either Harney County residents or graduates, including GED recipients and home-schooled graduates, of Harney County high schools. This scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.

Eligibility Requirements
