The Anna K. Gower and Annabelle K. Gower Scholarship Fund was established in 2015 to benefit students of Native Hawaiian ancestry who display academic merit and good character. The HCF will give preference for recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year. The donor requires applicants to be attending or will attend an accredited post high school institution.
