The purpose of the Annexstad Family Foundation Leaders for Tomorrow Scholarship is to assist need and worthy students who possess exceptional potential to become leaders in their chosen fields. Applicants must be new freshmen with academic potential, high moral character and a serious desire to succeed, and have triumphed over significant personal and/or family hardship (i.e. loss of one or both parents, foster care placement, physical disability, severe illness or injury, substance abuse, physical abuse, severe poverty, victim of serious crime, etc.). Preference will be given to first generation college students. This scholarship is renewable to a maximum of four years as long as recipients continue to meet eligibility criteria.
