The APTA Honorary Membership Award is available to nominees who must be an individual other than a member in any other membership category, who has rendered outstanding service to the association or made notable contributions to the health of humanity. The following must be submitted by a component representative: the nominee's curriculum vitae or resume; proposed language for presentation of the nomination to APTA's House of Delegates in the form of a resolution with a preamble; and supporting materials as deemed appropriate.
