Description

The Arlene and James Opp and Howard Opp Scholarship Fund is open to Muncy Jr/Sr High School graduating seniors. Applicants must attend an accredited institution of higher education and plan to pursue a degree in a business or medical related field of study. Preference will be given to applicants pursuing a business degree. Business degrees shall include, but are not limited to, finance/banking, accounting, entrepreneurship or economics. Medical degrees shall include, but are not limited to, pre-medical, nursing or physician assistant.
