The Arthur Lockwood Beneventi Law Scholarship is a one-time scholarship awarded to a student who is either enrolled in or attends an accredited law school. The scholarship is not automatically renewable; however, recipients may reapply for consideration each year. At least two, but not more than four letters of recommendation must be submitted by the deadline. Recommendations should convey the applicant's ability, work habits, integrity, character, potential, and volunteer activities. Individuals providing recommendations may include teachers, counselors, instructors, employers, ministers, or personal or professional references (no family members). Applicants must also submit a copy of their proof of United States citizenship: birth certificate, naturalization papers, or information page of United States Passport must be included. If using a passport as proof of citizenship, applicants must cover their photograph. Submitting an expired passport or picture of themselves will result in the application being disqualified.
