Ascend St. Vrain helps alleviate the debt that many students incur to attend post-secondary schools. The scholarship award is restricted to educational expenses related to study at an accredited trade school, two-year or four-year college or university in Colorado for the upcoming fall semester. The scholarship is open to all fields of study, but at least one scholarship will be awarded to a student pursuing a trade. High school student applicants must be currently attending a high school within the St. Vrain Valley School District (SVVSD) or a BOCES program. Current college or trade school student applicants must have graduated from a high school in the St. Vrain Valley School District (SVVSD) or a BOCES program.
