The Ascent's Summer Scholarship is open only to students who are legal residents of one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, age 14 or older, and who are enrolled in a high school, degree program, or technical skills training program;or parents who currently have a child enrolled as a student meeting the aforementioned qualifications.
