Description

Every year the Asphalt Pavement Association of Oregon Education Foundation (APAOEF) awards scholarships to students who understand the importance of our road and highway infrastructure, and who are also interested in the design and/or construction of such infrastructure. Applicants must demonstrate an interest in asphalt paving technology or a closely related field and be currently enrolled in an accredited engineering, construction engineering management, or construction trade program at a college, university, or professional trade school. Students pursuing advanced degrees are eligible. Academic performance, extra curricular activities, work experience, and financial need may be considered. Although letters of recommendation are not required, they will be considered if submitted. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
