Description

Astrid G. Cates remembered Sons of Norway youth with a generous bequest in her will to the Sons of Norway Foundation, which funded the Astrid G. Cates Vocational School Scholarship. This scholarship will be awarded to applicants who are current members of Sons of Norway or children or grandchildren of current members who are United States citizens, and those who are enrolled in post-secondary training or vocational/trade school or have proof of enrollment prior to receiving scholarship funding. A short autobiography, and a letter of recommendation that addresses the applicantÔÇÖs character and abilities are required.
