The Averner Blue, Jr. Memorial Endowment will support students in the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences with a major in criminal justice. The recipients should come from an underserved minority, a socially and economically disadvantaged background, and require financial assistance. Enrolled freshmen and upperclassmen may apply.
