Description

The Baker Professional Women's Initiative Scholarship is for graduates of Columbia County High Schools. Preference will be given to students form Scappoose and St. Helens High School. Students must apply-compete annually, and this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years.

Eligibility Requirements
