Description

Recipients of the scholarship must be currently enrolled at the University of Missouri-St. Louis in the Teacher Education Program in the College of Education or the post-baccalaureate education certificate program in preparation for careers as foreign language teachers. Recipients shall have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in their foreign language classes. While the intention of the donor is for a merit-based student to receive the scholarship, if all other criteria are equal, preference shall be given to students who demonstrate financial need.
