Description

The Bank of Halls Scholarship is open to a student from Halls majoring in education and attending the Ripley Center. First preference is given to bank employees and employee dependents. Second preference is given to a graduate of Halls High School with a degree in education, pursuing postgraduate work at the Ripley Center.
