The Barbara Lovin and Bryan Belcher Scholarship is open to students in the emergency medical care program. Preference is given to majors in emergency medical care. This scholarship is preferably given to rising seniors. Students must demonstrate dedication to the profession. There must be no sanctions in place at the time of award.
