The purpose of this fellowship is to enable Ph.D. students from the United States or from Israel to travel to Israel or the United States in order to acquire new skills and techniques in their field of study. The exchange will promote collaboration between scientists of both countries and expose the student to the ongoing research in the other county in the area of his/her present and future research. The award period is from two to six months and award amount will be given per month plus travel costs. Award amount is $1500 per month and $2000 to cover travel costs.
